About Our Products

Are Mic & Mac products natural?
Yes. All our formulations use naturally-derived, lab-certified ingredients. We never use parabens, sulfates, or synthetic fragrances.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We are 100% cruelty-free. No animal testing at any stage of formulation or production.

Are the products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our products are dermatologically designed to be gentle on all skin types, including sensitive skin. Always patch-test before full use.

What is Cold Process soap?
Cold Process is a traditional soap-making method that preserves all natural glycerin in the bar  making it deeply moisturising and gentle compared to commercial detergent soaps.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available at checkout for select pin codes.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can also track your order at Track Order.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹999. Use code WELCOME15 on your first order for 15% off.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at care@micandmacstores.com to initiate a return.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that. Please email us at care@micandmacstores.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right immediately.
